Allah has not made for a man two hearts in his interior. And He has not made your wives whom you declare unlawful your mothers. And he has not made your adopted sons your [true] sons. That is [merely] your saying by your mouths, but Allah says the truth, and He guides to the [right] way. - Quran:Al-Ahzab 33:4 (islam)

-Does the Tafsir says "Ibn Kathir - This was revealed concerning Zayd bin Harithah, may Allah be pleased with him, the freed servant of the Prophet. The Prophet had adopted him before prophethood, and he was known as Zayd bin Muhammad. Allah wanted to put an end to this naming and attribution and releaved this verse"?
- Why is it because of Zainab (Bukhari 7420)?
- When Mohamed fell in Love with his daughter in Law, how come Allah revealed this verse, isn't it convenient?
- Maybe Allah loves Mohamed very Much, what do you think?
- Was it Allah or Mohamed?
- Just because Mohamed fell in Love with his own daughter in Law?
- Is it possible today to adopt a child?
- Can I marry my daughter in Law If I will?
- Is it Moral?

Call them by [the names of] their fathers; it is more just in the sight of Allah. But if you do not know their fathers - then they are [still] your brothers in religion and those entrusted to you. And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred but [only for] what your hearts intended. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful. - Quran:Al-Ahzab 33:5 (islam)

-What will happen to your adopted children if you die, can you give them something from your estate?

And [remember, O Muhammad], when you said to the one on whom Allah bestowed favor and you bestowed favor, "Keep your wife and fear Allah," while you concealed within yourself that which Allah is to disclose. And you feared the people, while Allah has more right that you fear Him. So when Zayd had no longer any need for her, We married her to you in order that there not be upon the believers any discomfort concerning the wives of their adopted sons when they no longer have need of them. And ever is the command of Allah accomplished. - Quran:Al-Ahzab 33:37 (islam)

-Can I marry my adopted daughter, is it Halal?
- What if I'm still married to her mother?
- Can I have a mother and a daughter as wives and have sex with both of them?
- What is the position of Fiqh on the matter?
- Is it ok if I divorce my wife before I marry my adopted daughter?

Chapter: “…And His Throne was on the water…”
Narrated Anas:
Zaid bin Haritha came to the Prophet (ﷺ) complaining about his wife. The Prophet (ﷺ) kept on saying (to him), "Be afraid of Allah and keep your wife." Aisha said, "If Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) were to conceal anything (of the Qur'an he would have concealed this Verse." Zainab used to boast before the wives of the Prophet (ﷺ) and used to say, "You were given in marriage by your families, while I was married (to the Prophet) by Allah from over seven Heavens." And Thabit recited, "The Verse:-- 'But (O Muhammad) you did hide in your heart that which Allah was about to make manifest, you did fear the people,' (33.37) was revealed in connection with Zainab and Zaid bin Haritha." - Sahih:Al Bukhari:7420 (islam)

-Is this story the reason why adoption became forbidden?
- Or is it a way for Allah to reinforce the interdiction of adoption?
- Is it a bit much convenient for Mohamed?

And they request from you, [O Muhammad], a [legal] ruling concerning women. Say, "Allah gives you a ruling about them and [about] what has been recited to you in the Book concerning the orphan girls to whom you do not give what is decreed for them - and [yet] you desire to marry them - and concerning the oppressed among children and that you maintain for orphans [their rights] in justice." And whatever you do of good - indeed, Allah is ever Knowing of it. - Quran:An-Nisa 4:127 (islam)

-Does the tafsir says "Ibn Abbas - (They consult thee concerning women) they ask you about the inheritance of women; the one who asked him was 'Uyaynah. (Say: Allah giveth to you decree) expounds to you the legal ruling (concerning them) concerning their inheritance, (and the Scripture) at the beginning of this surah (which hath been recited unto you (giveth decree), concerning female orphans) the daughters of Umm Kuhhah (unto whom ye give not that which is ordained for them) that which is prescribed for them of inheritance; Allah has already explained this at the beginning of the surah (though you desire to marry them) you refrain from marrying them because they are not attractive, so now give them their wealth so that you may desire to marry them for that which they have, (and (concerning) the weak among children) and He expounds to you the inheritance of children, (and that ye should deal justly with orphans) He explains to you that you should protect justly and fairly the wealth of orphans. (Whatever good ye do) by being kind to them, (lo! Allah is ever Aware of it) as well as of your intentions.
Al-Jalalayn - They will ask you for a pronouncement concerning, the matter of, women, and their inheritance. Say, to them: God pronounces to you concerning them, and what is recited to you in the Book, the Quran, in the 'inheritance' verse [Q. 4:11], and He also pronounces to you, concerning the orphan women to whom you do not give what is prescribed, [what] is obligatory, for them, of inheritance, for you, O guardians, who desire, not, to marry them, because of their ugliness, and you prevent them from marrying [others], coveting their inheritance: in other words, God pronounces to you not to do this; and, concerning, the oppressed, young, children, that you give them what is their due, and, He also commands you, that you deal justly, equitably, with orphans, with respect to inheritance and dowry. Whatever good you do, God is ever Knower of it, and He will requite you for it."?
- Is it really about marrying orphan as helpless children?
- Is the Tafasir clearer?
- What is the dowry for an orphan, as her guardian?
- Does Islam ask to give a dowry superior in value of the inheritance of the orphan, to avoid?
- Is it about the Guardian of Orphan children whose guardian wants to marry them?
- Is it moral for a Guardian posing as a replacement father to marry and have sex with their pupil?
- Since Islam forbade adoption, why Allah didn't forbid the marriage with the orphan you’re the guardian of?

And oppress not the widow, nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor the poor; and let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart. - Bible:Zechariah 7:10 (bible)

-If we consider a slave is most of the time a foreigner or a poor, does it forbid slavery?
- If you consider this verse to be against slavery, does it mean the verses condoning it are false?
- Does all verses of the Bible are true?
- Do you oppress if you enslave?
- How come christians owned slaves for centuries after Jesus?

And test the orphans [in their abilities] until they reach marriageable age. Then if you perceive in them sound judgement, release their property to them. And do not consume it excessively and quickly, [anticipating] that they will grow up. And whoever, [when acting as guardian], is self-sufficient should refrain [from taking a fee]; and whoever is poor - let him take according to what is acceptable. Then when you release their property to them, bring witnesses upon them. And sufficient is Allah as Accountant. - Quran:An-Nisa 4:6 (islam)

-It's good to have rules to manage the wealth of orphans, but can you adopt them, consider them as family?
- Why adoption was forbidden (33:37)?
- What about Zainab, the prophet’s daughter in Law (Bukhari 7420, 5171)?
